Our laying hen buildings are built incompliance with animal welfare standards, depending on the breeder’s choice to focus on alternative production (Organic, Label and free range) or industrial farming.

Building for Laying hens, alternative breeding (code 0 or 1)

Our laying hen buildings are built for optimal animal welfare in organic and outdoor farming.

Dimensions

Maximum density of 6 hens/m2 (organic) or 9p/m2 (free range) and buildings of 12,000 hens maximum (divided into lots of 3000 hens), 6000 hens max for label.

Winter garden, ground or aviary production (organic)

Lighting

Natural light through shutters

Durability

All galvanized steel frame, high quality Isopan panels (25µ,2 x 0,4mm steel lacquered, 40 kg/m3 foam), 100% aluminium roof edge finish and gutters.

Ventilation

Static ventilation, mandatory for label layers (by shutters or curtains and skylights) or dynamic ventilation (mainly in aviaries) with exposed framework as an option.

Insulation

Cladding and roofing in sandwich panels 40 to 60 mm thick according to requirements, sealing at the outlet hatches, insulated sills, etc….

Our standard laying hen buildings are built for the sake of animal welfare in accordance with the specifications defined by the French regulations.

 

Durability

Extremely easy to clean, panels resistant to cleaning agents) Perfect sealing

Ventilation

Any type of dynamic, lateral, bilateral tunnel ventilation

Materials

Materials identical to organic layers but with a non-exposedframework (smooth ceiling)

Dimensions

High performance ergonomics, medium to large production area. Dimensions adapted to cages and aviaries.

Insulation

Perfect tightness thanks to the male / female junction system between sandwich panels. On the roof, 2 layers of sandwich panels trap a layer of insulating air.

Lighting

Artificial light, but can be natural light too

Space

Column height up to 10m possible to accommodate up to 12 floors of cages
