CONTROLLED PROCESS = PERFORMANCE

Installed in France near Mulhouse, this building inaugurated in April 2019 was designed, assembled and delivered in compliance with the planned production schedule and today allows an optimal breeding operation.

A CONTROLLED PERIOD OF STUDY

  • The plans were carried out by the NTD France design office about 10 weeks before the construction site, good maintenance of the deadlines.
  • The drawings have been definitively validated by the client 7 weeks before the start of the project

EXEMPLARY MANAGEMENT OF STAKEHOLDERS

Project management on this file has been exemplary with a perfect agreement of the teams and different stakeholders (Sté Ska equipment, electricity Sté Triquenaux, Masonry Sté Ehrsam, etc.)

  • The supplies went very well despite unforeseen events (broken sills at unloading for example).
  • The site planning was exemplary with a good sequence of the different phases of the construction site and a good succession of teams without dead time.
  • The assembly was carried out perfectly with an excellent relational framed by the customer validation of the various assembly points (adaptation of the sanitary SAS at the last minute, addition of chassis in the SAS, modification of the size of the winter garden portal, etc.).
